I was responsible for the strategic management of human and material resources in a large-scale industrial environment, leading the planning and allocation of multidisciplinary teams to optimize work schedules and meet production demands. I actively identified operational bottlenecks and implemented workflow improvements, reducing response times for maintenance and training activities. In addition, I monitored performance indicators and managed assets, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with corporate standards.
